A'Dora Phillips brings together a background in writing and visual art, with an MFA in fiction writing from UMass Amherst and many years of studio art training at The Water Street Atelier, The Art Students League of New York City, and the Florence Academy of Art in Florence, Italy. Her stories, essays, and translations have been published in numerous journals, and her writings on art have appeared in American Artist, International Artist, and the Ruminator Review.
Brian Schumacher studied and taught traditional drawing and painting for more than a decade in New York City, France, and Florence, Italy. His works are held in public and private collections, both nationally and internationally, including the Forbes Collection and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. He is the recipient of the Stobart and Vogelstein grants for artistic excellence, and is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning.
